Maybe noise cancelling headphones aren't the most popular things on this board, but I'm selling a pair of Audio-Technica ANC7 headphones with noise cancelling. You can see a review below:

Bought these on the recommendation of Elliot Scheiner, with whom I've worked here at Honda in the past on our company's ELS Surround systems. He's heard the Bose counterparts before and wanted no part of them, but found these to be a major bargain with good noise cancellation and crisp sound. I don't have any pics momentarily but suffice to say they're in near-perfect shape. Not keeping them simply because I tend more toward IEMs and their passive sound cancellation.
Typical new price is from $120 or so plus shipping, offering these for $100 shipped. Haven't been around much of late but I have a load of feedback from old transactions around here, so please check into that if you have any questions.
