Hi guys,
Due to financial crisis, I'm selling my precious AKG K701 headphone, which already recabled with Stefan AudioArt 7-ft (2.13 m) Length with 1/4 inch (full size) connector (RRP $289 USD), and the installation is done professionally by our fellow head-fi Stevenkelby.
The condition is excellent, kept in non-smoking environment and pet-free.
I'm the second owner (but technically the first owner just sell it to me immediately after the purchase, because it's not his preference headphone), the unit is less than 1 year old. I'll post the pic later on, if my business permit me to do it.
I'm looking for around $500+ Australian dollars plus shipping.
(update) sales now open internationally.
So let me know if you interested, PM me or mail me at jeff@capunk.org
I'll do my best to respond to all messages.
Thanks for looking

I was impressed with these cans, the SAA cable really opens them up and gave them some much needed bass impact. A good deal for any Aussie at $500ish AUD.

Preamp : Pass X1(Feeds HR-2 through tape out) Little Dot MKV or HR-2(both good, different sound) After listening in detail the HR-2 walks all over the mkV which isn't bad especially for that kind of money. The HR2 rules without much investigation.
Amp : Pass X250.5 in case I'm able to run my Hales T5's(small house 2 girls against one guy. I listen to music. The girls watch TV. I therefore picked up a pair of headphnes just for the isolationThat was my first mistake!!
