It is basically in good condition, only drawback is that the multipurpose knob on top does not work. Has not been a problem for me, it covers functions that you'd normally do in the Mac OS anyway like volume. Great as a DAC and the headphone output is really not bad either. It also currently has a purple dot on the led, I tried to make it less bright. I should be able to clean it but have not tried yet.

I've tried it with several Grado's, JVC DX1000, HD650 and it sounded pretty good with the built in headphone amp.

Of course, it shines when you connect it to a standalone amp. For that I've got the A Pure Sound custom Duet cable. It is 2ft long, and ends in WBT plugs. It looks a thousand times better than the standard breakout cable and is ideal for connecting it to other amps without all the cable knots. It is basically new since I have only used it maybe three times.

I should have the original breakout cable too, have to check and will update when I find it.

Travel pouch and FireWire cables (normal 400->400 and a Belkin FireWire (800->400) cable are included.

Looking for €450 + shipping for the combination.
I may split too:
€350 + shipping for Duet + pouch/firewires. new price = €450 + €30 for accessories
€140 + shipping for APS cable. I paid €180 and had to wait more than a month before it was built

As for the amp, I want it to be small, and from what I gather the iBasso T3 seems to be pretty highly regarded for portable amps. I'll be driving a pair of Head Direct RE0's. Not really sure about price for the amp, it depends on the amp.

I have a modded X-Fi that I am willing to put toward this as a trade.

The unit is in perfect condition, only with a very minor scratches on the top part of the glass, but nearly invisible.
It has been always in a non-pet and smoke-free environment.

I'm asking 130€ paypaled for it + shipping. It sounds really wonderful for it's price. The only reason of the sell is that i bought a much more expensive DAC few months ago and i'm not using it.
