Head-Fi: Covering Headphones, Earphones and Portable Audio

This blog will mainly exist to track and archive the progress of the loan programme I'm currently running. At present there are two sets of headphones in the wild. With two more on their way.

Thus far we have a pair of GS-1000's successfully circulating the US and a pair of SR-60's which has bounced back and forth between the US and Canada. Very soon the RS-1/RS-2 combo will be sent out to the first recipient.

Otherwise this blog will include some minor updates of my gear and opinions on various audio happenings that may or may not have a suitable resting place in the main forums.

Current status of the loan programme

Right now there are two sets of headphones in distribution with two more sets on their way.

The GS-1000's have met with wide acceptance and I believe we are on the 5th or perhaps 6th person to borrow them. The SR-60's have endured the most travel time back and forth from Canada to the US and are en route to the fourth listener.

I currently have the RS-1's and RS-2's which will be sent out as a duo for those interested in A/B'ing these two Reference Series phones....
