Finally doing it!

Posted 01-11-2009 at 05:42 PM by dclancy

After much talk and a couple practice runs, we got our first podcast up!
We covered a few indie bands as we'll as a cool local (chicago) rock band.
Next one is to be recorded tonight, and hopefully available weds.
This week we're reviewing, Animal Collective, and Glasvegas.

A friend wants to PodCast...

Posted 11-17-2008 at 03:35 AM by dclancy

It's gonna be primarily a music podcast, and already got some topics to cover.
I want to do segment on upgrading one's gear to get the fullest extent of one's musical enjoyment. I want to approach it as "Hearing it again for the first time. "
I think I start on some budget portable iBud replacements, then move up to mid-fi, then source and amp upgrades. Finally some budget speaker options.
Any suggestions?
