Dunno, but I tell you, it made my day when I put them in and the HDCD light came on. They're both on Vapor records (Neil Young's label), so I wasn't too surprised. My copy of TBoA is marked HDCD, even.
Doublecheck and make sure. Hopefully, you're mistaken.
