Just got back from our short trip to Fossil Oregon, where we stayed at
Hancock field station. My daughter is crazy for dinosaurs so through the
Oregon Museum of Science and Industry we booked a few days at the Hancock field station through OMSI.
About a year ago I bought a telescope mount that is motorized with sidereal motion so I can do much longer exposures. However I have been too lazy to figure out how to use it. These photos are all on a plan old tripod, exposures for 20 to 30 seconds so that all have a bit of rotation.
