I received mine last might. I posted a quickie comparison with the HD800 elsewhere on the board. I have previously owned the PS1 and I feel the PS1000 are an upgrade to it as they present better detail and a more prominant midrange and treble (but it has been a few years since I owned the PS1). In addition, I am finding that they are also less forgiving of bad recordings than the PS1 and L3000 so I'm hoping someone can perform a quality remastering of the early AC/DC albums .
