I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff for all their hard work and it was great getting to meet most of you guys! I know how hard and tiring it was for us members to pack and re-pack all our equipment so it must have been an extreme effort to do what you guys did.
The meet was a blast and we all had fun! It was unforgettable and everyone worked hard to make it happen: staff, members and vendors. An insane amount of raffle prizes were donated by the vendors, $17,000 worth! I won the Pink Floyd studio box set called "Oh by the way / Pink Floyd" which is made to look like all the original LPs, complete with sleeve covers and plastic inserts. It's an awesome set and I can't wait to burn it.
I also want to give a special thanks to Todd from TTVJ for making sure we had our HD800 before CanJam. It was absolutely vital that I had those for the meet. If I had not heard their synergy with some excellent amps (they are the most amp-specific headphone in existence in my opinion) and had only my amp to base them off of, I would have been returning them to you. But since I had them for CanJam I know just how damn good they are. In balanced configuration, they outperformed the HE90 and R10 in many areas.
I will post reviews later in another thread. Now I am tired and actually started to get sick today so I'm headed off to bed soon.
But here's a quick shout out of thanks to some staff (some whom I shared Catalina B with) and vendors. I can't remember all of the member's screen names that I had a lot of fun talking to.

A lot of pictures were taken of my rig (and my rig didn't even compare to the likes of many rigs there, most notably Blubliss' which stole the show). Dave Clark from Positive Feedback took one that he may be using in a review of CanJam, but here are two taken by Ti of AMB.
Oh, and I got a lot of great feedback on my modified D5000. Thank you all (those who listened) for that. The consensus is that they are a little too thin (have a little too much treble and not enough midrange) for most people's taste, but that the soundstage was some of the best they ever heard (which is what I actually aiming for). So I will continue to mod them, and when (if even possible) I get them to the place where everyone would like them to be, I will post further information regarding the mod.
