I am not
certain about this in the long run, but what I discussed with jp11801 was asking members to pre-register but not bother with pre-registration for guests who do not want to be members also. You will simply pay for guests at the meet rather than through the pre-registration page. Badges for those who pre-register will be prepared by the organizers ahead of time and then they will be handed out when you sign in at the meet registration table. Your badge will have your name and your avatar (if you have one) on it. Your guests will get badges that say "Guest" on them.
The way you would do it is this:
1. bcwang registers at the
Registration Page.
2. bcwang posts his attendance and how many guests he will bring to the meet in the
Roll Call thread. Example:
bcwang + 3 guests will attend!
3. bcwang and guests arrive at CanJam and go to the registration table. bcwang picks up his personalized badge. Your guests will then pay the appropriate price (full or student w/ID).
4. Rock out at the meet and have the blast of your audio lifetime.
