I am positive our block of rooms is not sold out as we had a large block and was assured they would open up more blocks as these sold. I have a call into the person that I am working with at the hotel and will get this straightened out tomorrow morning.
My sincere apologies to anyone who received the wrong message from the hotel and rest assured I will get this taken care of.
