My experience with Bill in a little disturbing. He committed to purchase my Sugden Headmaster on 6/23/03. He originally asked if he could make 3 payments over the next three weeks which I agreed to. Two days later I received an PM from him stating he might be able to stop by this weekend with full payment in cash and that he would give me a call. Then yesterday I received another PM stating he would have to pass on the deal because something unexpectedly came up that prevented him from purchasing the amp. I really was going to let this slide except it's been brought to my attention that this will be the 3rd time that Bill has committed to deals and then has later tried to either change the agreed upon selling price or backed out of the deals entirely.
