I've heard good things about the AC 7 since it has a high price-performance ratio. Another relatively inexpensive one to look into is the Xigmatek 1283. If I were paying $50 though, I would rather find a used TRUE 120 on eBay and ask if the seller will ship intl. I got my TRUE 120 w/o a fan for about $50 shipped to Honolulu. I'm sure you could find one cheaper if you're patient enough though.
