Sennheiser *did* plan on some form of announcement and more product space in their initial dealings (from what I know, I wasn't involved in that aspect). I asked the Sennheiser rep (can't remember his name, good guy though), and he simply said that he can't say what it is, but it took longer than expected and couldn't debut here. This was all in very vague "nudge nudge wink wink" type terms but that's what I got. Oh and there was some mention of being blown away by whatever this secret thing is.
Not even going to raise an eyebrow. Otherwise, Sennheiser is going to have a hard time living it down if they unveil anything other than a flagship full size can.
