Changing the information on my account hasn't worked out too well.
1st order: When I set up my account online for my first order, I obviously had to set up my billing and shipping information. Everything worked out fine.
2nd order: I had changed the "bill to" and "ship to" information (from my dad to myself) online in my account information. The package was sent and billed to the old name, along with the old city from my first order, instead of the new information I provided, despite the emailed receipt I received that had the correct info on it.
3rd order: The ship to information was correct, but the bill to name remained wrong.
All packages got to me fine and the products are great, but working on getting the correct info for everything might be something you can work on, seeing as it has the potential for things to go wrong for customers in the future. Other than that, no complaints
