For whatever reasons, it seems that they made the decision not to carry the 680s (just as they did not distribute the HFI-650 before them), so it's understandable that their dealer-base have little or no knowledge of them.
But if they see there is a demand for them, Ultrasone USA might reconsider their omission from the range, or at least special order them for direct sales.
