could be.. I used medium grey tips with the E4c, and used the large with these. If you look at the iM-390 thread, there is a pic posted comparing ear tip sizes. The Maximo tips are smaller and shallower. With the suppied tips, I found it very touchy to get them situated just right... much shallower than I expected.
