Eric was a blast to deal with; fast and responsive communication, from the time I met him to the time payment was sent, and then some. I'd definitely deal with him again!

Also, around this edited time, I contacted him again asking that because of certain conditions, I could ship out the amp later, and although he admitted that waiting longer pains him, he gave me permission to indeed ship it out early next week. An honest fella and flexible as well...can't beat that!
