Its just a different sound to me. I've only been listening for a few minutes, but so far the bass lost its punch, I loose a lot of it somewhere. The clarity and accuracy sound off. I don't think I'd consider it an upgrade, but it is fun to hear how it changes the sound. I can't keep listening to it much longer though, I hear too much cymbal now listening to Mindless Self Indulgence and need the bass and clarity back.
A little off topic, but I wanted to mention that because I want the UE11 so much, I thought about selling my vCap dock for a long minute. So I compared it directly to the Super Cotton Dock I have. I can't do it at all. The system isn't complete without it now. It brings a lot of extra texture and clean bass with the iMod that really makes the difference in me considering it a permanent rig and not just a portable. I could never give that up for the UE11 before I get the chance to hear the combo together.

Manaox2,
Cool thanks for posting the info. I have not seen much in the way of Vcap owners thoughts on what they are hearing with the P-Vcap dock, esp in comparing the BG iMod cable to that of a iMod using the P-Vcap dock.
