Little late with this requested comparo - my apologies. I forgot I gave my C350s to my wife and she takes them to work with her and keeps them in her pocketbook. But I digress...
I'll keep this short - there really is no comparison. Compared to the C700s, the 350's lower end is a muddled mess and the highs are severely rolled off and offer little detail. Putting on the C700s is like a breath of fresh air. The sound opens up, there is detail, the bass is so wonderfully presented and has slam when the song calls for it. And those luscious mids... By far I prefer even my JBL 220s to the C350s.
Of course everyone would expect more from a canalphone that retails for nearly three times the price but I didn't think it would be this divergent. The JBLs are fairly close in price to the C350s and they are much more refined and have a lot to offer and compare relatively well to the C700s.
