Ultimate Ears Super.Fi 5 pro (clear). Everything was in Perfect A+ like-new condition.

4) TRANSACTION
a) How smooth was BUYER/SELLER interaction? Was SELLER friendly? Did we communicate well and did I get all of my concerns and questions answered?
It's a little ironic that his name is Phil, because his people-skills are every bit as charming as that of Dr. Phil's (or so I've heard!)!
All of my questions were answered...and even offered before being asked; he really wanted me to be informed about the product he so obviously cared for.
b) Did SELLER explain every possible shipping method to you upfront?
Yes -- again, this was an area that I was given options in before I even requested them.
c) Did SELLER explain thoroughly how the device works and it's condition upfront?
Getting the product, I honestly forgot that I was buying a 'used' item. You would be hard pressed to find a single crease in the packaging...let alone the mint-condition phones/eartips/tools, etc.
d) Did SELLER explain the condition of all the packaging, accessories, and manuals upfront?
Yes...and it was in every-bit-as-good condition as he proudly stated.
e) Did SELLER explain (if applicable) that it has a remainder on its warranty?
Yes, without my even asking.
5) RECEIVED PACKAGE
a) Did you (BUYER) experience any problems with the shipping carrier?
Shipping arrived very swiftly.
b) Did you (BUYER) receive your product on time?
Certainly did!
c) Did you (BUYER) receive all items in the "perfect A+ like-new condition" SELLER had promised you?

Everything is in ridiculous-good condition. He makes me feel like a slob.
d) Did the item work as promised?
(Please do not put any opinions here on sound quality. Everyone has different ears and not everyone prefers the same type of sound.)
Yes, they're in great condition and function just as a new pair would.
6) SATISFACTION
a) On a scale of 1 being worst and 10 being best, how would you rate this entire transaction from start to finish?
10 ... polite person, wonderful product...smooth transaction -- the way the world should be!
b) Would you do business with SELLER again in the future?
Of course -- without hesitation.

One nice thing worth mentioning is the sincere "want" of the seller that I ENJOY the product. He took the time to give me usage instructions & advice that isn't necessarily in the manual, but that he's learned through experience and research.
