technically that's the Shure e2, which was originally marketed as a pro-audio stage IEM. The e2c is the "Consumer" grade version of the e2. Packaging is different. Plain looking red for the e2 while the e2c is packaging is black, nicer looking and I believe has referneces to MP3 on it somewhere.
I think the included accessories might be different between the e2 and e2c (someone double check me on this). The phones themselves are identical.
The e2g is the latest rendition. Its the black one, and it also has different packaging from its two predecessors. I think the e2g is the only one that includes the black sillicone soft-tips (someone double check me on this)
