Default $10 coupon - member of Head-Fi or Todd's Junkie Forum?
I am a registered member of the Head-Fi site and didn't receive a coupon.

I emailed Todd about this two weeks ago and never received a reply. I ordered from him anyway.

What's the full story on the coupon?
