A pal has a very similar guitar to the one that DeGrassi is playing in the video. In fact, it might be the same instrument. I know that they play together (or at least DeGrassi is very kind to my pal in helping him to get gigs).
I was very skeptical when I heard about this guitar - mainly because I thought that the "sympathetic" strings would be silly. It turns out that it is a sweet sound and really opened my eyes to different types of instrument.
